Service advisor - operator in the fleet sector

Responsibilities:

Customer support

Monitoring and scheduling of regular and emergency services

Control of incoming invoices

Maintenance cost management

Registration of new vehicles (collection and completion of documentation, submission to the registration agency

Renewal of registration - organization of technical inspections of vehicles

Communication with clients, financiers, roadworthiness tests and vehicle registration agencies

Vehicle insurance (motor liability / comprehensive insurance)

Updating the information system and keeping vehicle registration records

Reception and processing of requests for the resolution of adverse events 

Completing the documentation and reporting the adverse event to the insurance company 

Communication with service workshops and monitoring the progress of vehicle repairs 

Damage liquidation and dispute resolution 

Creation of reports

Candidate requirements:

Experience in appointment planner/receptionist in service/vehicle registration/appraiser

Desirable 7th degree vocational education in the field of traffic (not necessary if the candidate meets the other requirements)

Category B driver's license

Minimum 2 years of driving experience

Computer skills - Word, Excel advanced level

Knowledge of the English language - advanced level
