Storekeeper/Store Manager with building management

We are a family company based in Prague 8 and we are looking for a versatile addition to our team who will take care of the running of the warehouse and the management of company premises, including outdoor areas. Warehouse operation:_x000D_
Complete responsibility for stock (records, organization of space)._x000D_
Receiving, issuing, checking and storing goods._x000D_
Preparation and delivery of orders to customers and partners._x000D_
Preparation of goods for projects according to the instructions of the sales and technical team._x000D_
Planning delivery times for customers and projects._x000D_
Securing and ordering transport services (carriers, courier services)._x000D_
Working with the internal storage system._x000D_
Ensuring regular inventories._x000D_
Cooperation with colleagues from the sales and service department._x000D_
Management of buildings and outdoor spaces:_x000D_
maintenance and minor repairs of company premises (lighting, office and warehouse equipment)._x000D_
Ensuring the cleaning and technical facilities of the buildings._x000D_
Coordination of external service companies during major repairs and revisions._x000D_
Checking the operating condition of the equipment (heating, air conditioning)._x000D_
Care of outdoor areas (cleaning of the parking lot)._x000D_
Maintaining order around buildings and cleanliness of common areas._x000D_
What we expect:_x000D_
Experience in a similar position (storekeeper, warehouse manager, building manager) at least 2 years is an advantage._x000D_
Independence, reliability and responsibility._x000D_
Basic technical skills (repairs, maintenance)._x000D_
Experience with warehouse organization and logistics._x000D_
Jewish ID card. B, VZV authorization is advantageous._x000D_
Common user knowledge of working on a PC: especially Word and Excel (creating tables, basic analysis, working with documents), ability to work with e-mail communication, basic orientation in the warehouse management system or ERP, quick ability to learn to work with the company by software_x000D_
