Delivery coordinator Duties Contact with customers (inter-company), recording, forwarding, confirmation of orders, invoicing, handling of complaints Recording of inter-company export orders in SAP Contact with plants, confirmation of deliveries and information to customers Monitoring daily inventory from the point of view of transport and service Transport organization (international), starting vehicles from the site, maintaining contact with drivers Monthly and yearly preparation of reports/reports EKÁER administration Cooperation with fellow departments Expectations Communication level English language skills (verbal and written) MS Excel user level knowledge Minimum secondary education (logistics an advantage) Thoroughness, precision, good conflict management skills Advantage: 1-3 years of experience in the field of logistics SAP knowledge What we offer Stable company Office work schedule Continuous development opportunity Non-salary benefits Work performance place is Budapest
