Your most important tasks As team leader for CPR and Control, you have professional and personnel responsibility. You must spearhead the coordination and communication internally as well as externally within an area of great political attention. You must ensure close cooperation with Ballerup Municipality's other centres, as well as all our external partners. You must help set the framework and direction and do so in an engaging and trust-building spirit. Your skills You have experience and knowledge of relevant legislation, holistic efforts and coordination with civil society. You can translate your knowledge into concrete solutions in an interdisciplinary framework. Your professional strength and your political flair must help to develop and maintain a meaningful connection between strategy and effort. As part of the management organization, you must support the management strategy with quality in the task solutions. Your management style must be trust-based and involving while being clear and setting the framework. You must be able to maintain calm and overview in pressured situations so that you can make the right decisions in a responsible and involving manner manner. You are good at acquiring new knowledge and legislation and can have many balls in the air at once. You manage to create a trusting dialogue and open communication between employees and management. We have developed a common cross-cutting control strategy for the entire municipality, where we must strengthen cooperation across the board and strengthen the overall effort against social fraud in the municipality. Including with a strong focus on the preventive efforts in relation to conscious and unconscious social cheating.
