Technical Director – Construction Projects

Technical Director
for its headquarters in
Athens, Greece
.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Construction Project Engineers and Site Supervisors.
Analyze projects and collaborate with the team to develop designs, time schedules and objectives.
Evaluate operations and propose cost-effective technical solutions for continuous improvement.
Optimize internal processes and utilize ERP systems to enhance efficiency.
Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion, budget compliance and quality standards.
Oversee new project acquisitions, resource allocation, and workload distribution.
Assess and manage team performance.
Organize regular team meetings and address performance-related issues.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.
Prepare and present reports to Senior Management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
Strong project management skills.
Results-oriented approach.
Ability to meet deadlines with precision.
Solid technical expertise and understanding of the business environment.
Proficiency in IT tools and relevant software.
Fluency in English.
