Building Technical Manager_x000D_
Position Description:_x000D_
Carrying out regular preventive maintenance and inspections of the technical equipment of buildings (hereinafter referred to as TZB) according to the approved maintenance plan or generally binding legal regulations,_x000D_
Communication with clients._x000D_
Operative setting of operating parameters of TZB and control of TZB operation by means of measurement and regulation installed in the building._x000D_
General supervision of the performance of the work of subcontractors within the complex management of the building, in particular after TZB service, during cleaning and security of the building, during the implementation of revisions and functional tests of TZB and when carrying out building repairs._x000D_
Carrying out the exchange of consumable parts (such as filters, operational cartridges, light sources, etc.)._x000D_
Operative setting of operating parameters of TZB and control of TZB operation by means of measurement and regulation installed in the building._x000D_
Contact person for the tenant of the building in routine operational matters_x000D_
Cooperation in the implementation of mandatory revisions, functional tests and professional TZB services in the building._x000D_
Searching for defects in the building, carrying out minor repairs TZB and buildings_x000D_
Carrying out the deduction of energy meters in the building, immediately after the end of the calendar month._x000D_
Management of operational documentation of buildings._x000D_
Management of transferred building documentation, including the key and card system._x000D_
Cooperation in handling claims for building defects during the warranty period and in handling insurance events._x000D_
Required knowledge/expected:_x000D_
Technical education or at least 3 years of experience in the field._x000D_
Orientation in the issue of technical building management._x000D_
Flexibility in thinking, openness to change._x000D_
Determination, ability to accept responsibility, independence and professionalism._x000D_
The ability to work as a team._x000D_
Basic PC knowledge._x000D_
Knowledge of AJ is an advantage, not a condition._x000D_
