TECHNICIAN - JUNIOR_x000D_
Workload:_x000D_
• construction technical supervision of buildings during investment construction_x000D_
• inženýring_x000D_
• organization of selection boards for PD processors, construction contractors,…_x000D_
• control, optimization and comparison of PD, VV and budget_x000D_
• securing an external construction coordinator_x000D_
• ensuring external IG and HG surveys, load and strength tests_x000D_
• keeping appropriate technical and operational documentation, reporting_x000D_
• management of movable and immovable property_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
• secondary school / university education in construction_x000D_
• practice in constructionÃ_x000D_
• high work commitment_x000D_
• independent and responsible approach to work_x000D_
• criminal integrity_x000D_
• orientation in ČSN, building and administrative legislation_x000D_
• user IT/IS skills - processing text, tables, databases, presentations_x000D_
• correct behavior, sense of responsibility, active and independent approach to work_x000D_
• eager to learn and work in a team_x000D_
• ŘP of group "B"_x000D_
• experience in waste management welcome_x000D_
• knowledge of the English language an advantage_x000D_
