Location: Caldas das Taipas, Guimarães Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week) What are you going to do? Ensure the implementation of multipurpose maintenance work plans. Support and perform preventive maintenance of air conditioning units, as well as electrical and electromechanical maintenance of equipment. Diagnose and repair faults, carry out minor repairs and general repairs to various equipment in buildings. Carry out tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning air conditioning pipes, changing toilet cisterns and monitoring small jobs and works. What are we looking for in you? Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings. Knowledge in HVAC and/or Electromechanics. Experience in small repairs and general maintenance in buildings. Dynamism, autonomy and problem-solving ability. Basic computer knowledge from the user's perspective. Good communication and teamwork skills. Light vehicle driving license.
