Tasks
Building and maintaining customer relationships for maximum satisfaction.
Management of quality problems: isolation, sorting of defective batteries and immediate notification of the relevant responsible parties.
Preparation of battery applications (from cell to module), assembly, disassembly and testing, and evaluation and presentation of results.
Monitor battery usage, handle emergency situations independently, and summarize quality issues.
Investigate quality problems and perform root cause analyzes (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa diagram, FMEA).
Coordination and supervision of repairs in logistics centers and partners.

Expectations
Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar technical qualification, or relevant experience in the field of technical customer service.
High level of spoken and written English.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Team player attitude and effective cooperation.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
High level of relationship building and interpersonal skills.
