The company OFIXIU s.r.o. is looking for a careful and reliable Backoffice assistant for the brigade. If you have an eye for detail, organizational skills and enjoy working in administration, we are looking for you._x000D_
Work load:_x000D_
Work with the financial plan and preparation of documents for accounting_x000D_
Using e-mail communication and telephone communication with clients_x000D_
Creating advertisements and managing documentation_x000D_
Work in Excel and Word_x000D_
Writing to the calendar, document archiving_x000D_
Issuance and payment of invoices_x000D_
Occasional errands - post office, purchase of office supplies_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
Reliability, diligence and independence_x000D_
Good organizational skills_x000D_
Experience with administration an advantage, but we advise you to learn_x000D_
Knowledge of Excel and Word_x000D_
Willingness to occasionally run errands outside the office_x000D_
