Bidding technical engineer Responsibilities: Makes technical-commercial offers and ensures technical support in the execution of the project, regarding the equipment and materials used in the work (for projects in the civil industrial field); Verifies the technical requirements of the project, analyzes the requests for offers, specifications and plans based on which the offer will be made; Inspects the location of the work in order to identify all the elements necessary for the bidding; Prepares requests for clarifications or answers to requests for clarifications (as the case may be); Verify and centralize the information prior to the drafting of the offer; Identify the materials and equipment that will be offered, technical characteristics, quantities; Draw up the lists of work quantities, centralize the investment and special objects; specialty, regarding the execution of special works, and the suppliers of materials, machinery, etc., and analyzes the bids received; Estimates the indirect expenses, including for equipment and coordinating personnel; Presents the bid to the Management (estimated total cost) for approval; Prepares the bidding documents for participating in the auctions: technical proposal, financial proposal, qualification documents; Prepares the bidding file according to the bid request (including technical sheets, declarations of conformity and warranty certificates, the quality plan, etc.); Confirms the internal orders of equipment and materials based on the contractual annexes; Provides technical assistance during the execution of the project and makes the necessary changes; Develops the portfolio of partners (suppliers, collaborators, subcontractors).
