We are looking for a MECHANIC in the production factory of articles for sports, plastics. The ideal candidate: - Experience in a similar position of at least 1 year; - Experience in a field of activity with a technical profile and or experience in the mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, sensor field; - Knowledge and interpretation of technical drawings; - Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, the injection process and plastic injection equipment; - Excellent communication skills; - Working skills in team; - Problem solving skills; - Organizational and planning capacity; - Ability to complete tasks within deadlines; Job description: - Monitors the production launch of new products from the point of view of work technology; - Ensures that it has all the technical resources necessary for the production launch of projects; - Performs planned and unplanned repairs, keeping equipment and facilities in good working order of the company; - Schedules capital repairs of the machines; - Follows the periodic maintenance activity, adjustments of the production machines and ensures that the production lines operate within normal parameters; - Permanently identifies solutions to improve the process and production flows; - Completes the documents in force correctly, completely and within the required deadlines; - Respects the work safety rules, the work schedule work, material requirements and internal procedures; Benefits: - Negotiable salary depending on experience; - Meal vouchers; - Holiday gift vouchers; - Performance bonuses; - Additional days of leave depending on seniority; - Insured transport or fuel bill; - Loyalty bonus depending on seniority in the company.
