Job Description
For a temporary position of 1.5 years with managerial courage and the ability to stay focused on the core task that the organization must solve together.
The management team in Botilbud Rude Skov consists of the center manager, professional manager and 4 managers, each with its own area/House. The substitute covers a longer sick leave and then a maternity leave.
We are therefore looking for you who have the courage to solve the task in a temporary position, and believe that the future will work out.
We are in the process of a major professional effort, currently teaching in a neuropedagogical approach to all employees and in 2026 LA2u will be implemented in the organisation, so that there will be even more quality in the service that the residents receive, a strengthened collaboration with families and guardians, maintaining a high professional environment and the good physical and psychological working environment.
About the job
Quite specifically, we are primarily looking for a manager for House 10 with approx. 30 permanent employees and 20 residents, and then to the 20 employees who work with 1-1 support for 5 residents, and the joint operational and strategic tasks that the organization and the management team collaborate on.
What the residents have in common is that they all have a developmental disability with a low level of cognitive function. In addition, there is a superstructure of various individual psychiatric diagnoses. Together with the rest of Botilbud Rude Skov, we work with a sensory-based approach, total communication and neuropedagogy. We work with clear and detailed circadian rhythm plans and individually adapted educational support. The structure creates predictability and security, which creates surplus in the resident to handle the day.

As day-to-day manager, you will have a close collaboration with an educational coordinator, a scheduler of working hours and a healthcare coordinator on the operation of your area. As day-to-day manager, you are responsible for the development of residents and employees, based on joint strategic decisions for the organisation. You are responsible for a salary budget of approx. DKK 10 million
We believe in management close to the core task and, quite practically, you have an office close to the core task, so that you are available in everyday life.
As the employees work at different times, and thus a long time can pass between them. that they see each other, there is a major task for the leader and educational coordinator in sticking to a common professional and practical direction.
Your profile
We want you to be ambitious, courageous, able to set direction and have a high professional standard with a focus on supporting the work with the core task. We believe in development and well-being through professionalism and common goals.
If you are new to management, or curious about management, this can also be an interesting first step in a working life with a focus on management. It requires curiosity, willingness to learn and initiative.
If you have management experience from the specialized disability area and/or a broad pedagogical or other relevant experience within the social area, you are certainly also relevant for the position.

Terms of employment
The position is a full-time position, with no upper working hours. You must look after the phone from your own home for up to ten weekends, and up to four public holidays a year (a local agreement and salary supplement have been drawn up for this).
When center
manager is on holiday, the deputy function is shared between the other managers.
Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement, as well as the principles of New Wage.

Housing offer Rude Skov with 67 homes for people with multiple disabilities, approx. 130 employees and an organization that takes the core pop gift seriously.
We live in 3 newly built houses, with a shared administration and meeting rooms in a 4th, in the most beautiful surroundings near Rude Skov.
