The Barbouni Restaurant in the town of Kos with over 14 years of successful operation
We are looking
Chef de cuisine-kitchen manager
with a pleasant character and a high work ethic to join the Barbouni family with prospects for development and long-term cooperation.
Duties
Preparation of recipes, according to the menu and instructions of the executive chef
Supervises and manages all kitchen operations.
Trains and guides kitchen staff.
Oversees work schedule and ensures effective collaboration.
Ensures all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation.
Implements hygiene and safety standards during the cooking and preparation process.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen area
Order management and product & food inventory control
Useful to have:
Graduate of cooking school
At least 4 years of experience in an a la carte restaurant
Ability to manage kitchen staff
Knowledge and adherence to health and safety procedures
Knowledge of Greek and English
