This Cycladic modern hotel is composed of 35 luxury Suites and located on Drafaki area in the heart of Mykonos. This five star minimal-chic hotel offers sheer relaxation, refined discreet luxury services to its guests and sophisticated Aegean culture and hospitality. Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position of COOK MYKONOS (Code: COO - MYK) Responsible to deliver customer focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 4 years in a Luxury Hotel-Resort or a Restaurant A la carte & Buffet preparation and execution knowledge is required Good command of both English and Greek language is essential Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with pleasant personality Work under pressure Strong sense of responsibility Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of HACCP procedures EFET Certificate RESPONSIBILITIES: Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department Perform recipes by following accurately Chef’s guidelines Cook food in a timely manner & ensure appealing plate presentation Monitor food stock and place orders Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area Ensure excellent response to guests needs Attention to detail and quality of foods BENEFITS: Competitive compensation package Pleasant working environment Supportive management Excellent opportunities for career progression An attractive package of benefits is offered according to qualifications.
