Requirements Advanced level of German Language medium-advanced level of English Experience of at least 3 months in a similar position (represents an advantage) Baccalaureate Diploma Responsibilities Interact with the owners of vacation homes rented through an online platform The activity includes managing calls/emails/chats regarding the requests of the owners (e.g.: updating the calendar, Property-related requests) Provide support for owners, from securing reservations to managing cleaning services, handing over keys and the check-out process Other information Salary: 5569 RON NET+ 400 RON NET WFH/WFO allowance = 5969 RON NET Meal tickets: 25 RON/DAY Private medical insurance Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 09:30 - 18:30 (8 hours of work + 1 hour lunch break) Working method: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote The activity takes place in Bucharest, sector 4.
