Responsible for the coordination and management of all procedures in the hall in order to ensure the excellent operation of the restaurant for customer satisfaction and effective staff cooperation. Responsibilities Builds customer relationships and creates satisfied customers. Greets guests/customers and escorts them to their tables or waiting areas, watching until they are seated. It flexibly manages various requests and needs of customers. Ensures customer satisfaction and handles any complaints or other issues that may arise. It organizes the posts and the schedule of the staff working with the hall. Coordinates the flow of orders from the kitchen and bar, ensuring all dishes and beverages are served correctly and on time. Investigates customer needs and recommends appropriate products. Listens and advises customers. Maintains high standards of service when serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Follows the rules of health and safety in the workplace. Acts with ethics, honesty, the company's values ​​and contributes to the creation of a good working environment.
