Quality Control Engineer - Precast Concrete

Responsibilities: Manufacturing technology: follow and verify compliance with the manufacturing process for prefabs, rebars; stops production if it finds irregularities and serious deviations. Checking the quality of the products: carries out the activity of checking the quality of the products, throughout the production processes, in order to confirm the quality and acceptance by the client of the products executed and Delivered. Registrations: prepares the associated documents (e.g. measurement sheet) according to the rules. Prepares the quality file according to the ISC norms and archives the project documentation. Control and monitoring: Controls and monitors the decisive execution phases and confirms the transition to the next stage. Identifies non-conformities and opens non-conformity reports for quality defects detected in the works performed on the manufacturing lines; verifying the application of corrections and corrective actions for their elimination. Performs controls regarding compliance with the provisions of the technical execution documentation for the handling, storage and preservation of products in the warehouse. Integrated management system: verifies and ensures the existence and preservation of the physical identification data of the products made; ensure that the markings on the products provided by the company correspond to the data written in the accompanying quality documents. Reporting: prepare and complete daily reports in the production tracking program.
