IT engineer

Our client has been present in Hungary for nearly 30 years, and now they are looking for a control engineering colleague for their Pécs plant.
In connection with the production of refrigerant transfer systems, the duties of the engineer colleague:
Providing IT operational support in the factory according to standardized processes and procedures
Handling software and hardware problems, setting up devices
Management of technical problems in the production area
To handle user problems and needs
Providing second level support for field work
Defining and keeping the register of IT devices up to date
Making the most efficient use of IT inventory, making recommendations for adding needed products and quantities, and updating inventory information
Assisting in the definition of IT needs and information about them that affect the basis of the budget
Participation in regional IT infrastructure projects
Fulfillment of roles, tasks and responsibilities defined in the framework of IT processes
Professional support for machine takeovers
Program backups, archiving
What we look for in applicants:
Experience in an IT support position
Intermediate level, active knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of IT infrastructures
Experience in software and hardware support
Secondary education
Knowledge of how sensors work (inductive, opto, capacitive)
Experience in Windows Server environments
Experience in managing Active Directory systems
