Driving dispatcher for passenger transport

KørselsdisponentVTS is a passenger transport company in South Jutland based in Vojens. VTS employs 75-80 employees, of which 8 are in the administration in Vojens and 2 in the workshop. We drive Taxi, Flex and contract driving in Southern Denmark and also have contracts in Central Jutland and Funen. In addition, our bus department for tourist transport etc. We have a number of subcontractors where we handle administration and prepare monthly statements.
The company is now looking for an experienced, all-round driving dispatcher who also has basic experience in planning driving routes and human resources.

As a Transport dispatcher, you will be part of the transport office together with three other colleagues and have a close dialogue with the management. You will be domiciled in the company's central functions in Vojens, which services the company's employees and fleet, where the main tasks are,
Route planning Personnel planning Customer service Fleet management Taxi meter settlement Invoicing Insurance claims Controlling Various ad hoc tasks of an administrative nature
About you You have a flair for IT as well as a good sense of planning and business understanding, you are used to telephone service and daily contact with many different people and possess the following qualifications, Have good knowledge of the MS Office suite and are an experienced user of Excel and Word, and are an experienced user of other IT-based planning systems (Traffic, On-duty and Fleet planning). Good geographical understanding Flexible setting of working hours
It is not essential that you have knowledge of all the above tasks, but that you want to learn new things and develop yourself professionally. From previous positions, you probably have experience in transport and logistics, and are happy to provide input for improvements to processes and work-flows, so that we are constantly working to make things smarter and better.
You have good language skills and speak Danish, English and preferably German. You work independently and with high quality, and you take pride in being in control of your tasks. It is important that you are structured and manage to keep an overview in a busy everyday life. You are committed - and your colleagues describe you as a good team player who likes to communicate at all levels - and who takes pride in providing a good service to customers, contractors, drivers and colleagues.
