What You Can Look Forward To as a Logistics Operations Supervisor?_x000D_
Lead and develop a team in a cutting-edge distribution center_x000D_
Oversee shift operations, logistics flows, and process prioritization_x000D_
Analyze KPIs, identify improvement areas, and optimize warehouse efficiency_x000D_
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards_x000D_
Work in a structured 2 shifts system (operating hours: 6:00–22:00), occasionally Saturdays_x000D_
Your Profile_x000D_
University degree in a technical field (engineering, logistics, industrial management, etc.) or economic field with technical thinking_x000D_
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field_x000D_
Strong leadership potential—you take initiative, make decisions, and drive results_x000D_
Fluent Czech and communicative English_x000D_
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)_x000D_
