Quality control engineer
We are looking for new employees.
Your task will be:
Operation and development of the quality system
Coordinating the work of the quality team
Continuous monitoring and control of production processes in order to ensure adequate quality, from the receipt of raw materials to the inspection of the finished product
Supervision of laboratory tests, screening of non-conformities, investigation of causes
Keeping the required records, ensuring traceability
Supporting the production process with measurements, corrective and preventive measures
Regular review of process descriptions and product specifications
Compliance with quality requirements, continuous training of employees
Processing and investigation of complaints, taking corrective measures
Active participation in process and product development
Participation in external and internal audits, professional representation of the company in official inspections
Up-to-date knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations in the field, continuous monitoring and implementation of the regulatory environment
Our expectations:
Higher degree in the food industry
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of quality at a food manufacturing company (Advantage: experience in the dairy industry)
Communicative English language skills (daily use during work)
Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety regulations
Knowledge of analytical methods and instruments
Knowledge of ISO 2200, IFS, BRC
Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Reliability, precision, independent work
