Specifically, you will have the following duties: Oversee Field Construction, Field HSE & Quality, and FTTH activities in the field Execute fiber network deployment and ensure quality assurance in ND Fixed & Quality Supervise and coordinate field deployment activities performed by subcontractors Manage the fulfillment of network rollout projects, resolving issues during construction phases Ensure compliance with network design guidelines and specifications in FO construction Implement guidelines, standards, and procedures on Health & Safety (H&S) in field deployment Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to standards and regulations. Conduct short visits to corporate customers' premises to prepare Site Survey designs, essential for FO connectivity design creation Prepare comprehensive reports detailing field rollout progress status and any arising issues In order for your profile to match this Network Field Engineer position, you need to have the following skills: Relevant experience in Fixed Access Networks/FO deployment with understanding of optical fiber networks Degree in Engineering or equivalent certifications from TEI/IEK in Fiber Optic technology or Communications Knowledge of various networking technologies, such as Construction of FO networks, understanding of FO passive equipment, familiarity with FO cabling specifications Relevant networking certifications will be considered a plus Fluent oral and written English language skills Self-motivated and continuous learning mindset Problem solving abilities, by adopting a creative way of thinking Cooperating well and coordinating effectively across levels Strong analytical, problem-solving skills Effective problem solver Experience in Fixed Access Networks/FO deployment with understanding of optical fiber networks If this Network Field Engineer vacancy sounds like you, apply now!
