Operations Agent

REDS SA, a member of the ELLAKTOR Group, is looking for an Operations Agent for the "Hestia Luxury Apartments" project. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the main duties of the position are: Management of guest requests / complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction Management of electronic booking systems (PMS, Booking Engine, Website, Booking Platforms) Ensuring satisfaction and management of customer requirements Support planning and implementation of continuous service improvement Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting KNS systems Knowledge of operating and PC systems Dealing with minor maintenance and technology issues Controlling daily entries Data entry in the hotel closing day system Requirements Necessary Qualifications Graduate of a Business or Tourism Management school (desirable) Excellent PC and MS Office skills are required Excellent knowledge of English Flexibility in the program as required by the function Taking initiative and solving problems Knowledge of hotel programs (PMS systems & Channel Management systems) Use of a smartphone (of the company) for professional communication.
