- exchange of BGA components at a soldering station - BGA components are small electronic chips without "scissors" that cannot be replaced by hand and must therefore be changed at a so-called BGA station. The BGA station is a machine for soldering these BGA components into which the necessary components (board, components) are inserted and the corresponding program is turned on._x000D_
- preparing and cleaning the PCB (cleaning with solder, applying paste..) - PCB is the board where the necessary components must be connected - it must first be cleaned of old tin and grease so that new components can be connected to it. The solder paste for the new components is then applied to the board using a special grid._x000D_
- a record in the system - a record of how much, what and how you did in a given day, what program you chose for which boards, the so-called "profile", etc._x000D_
Requirements:_x000D_
- good eyesight, manual dexterity - it involves working with small parts_x000D_
-resistance to heat - thanks to the presence of BGA stations in the compartment, there is a year-round higher temperature_x000D_
- good ability to organize work - it is necessary to combine machine and manual operations well - as a result, this significantly affects performance - quality and quantity and thus also financial evaluation = premium_x000D_
-reliability, responsibility - it is important to follow the given work procedures_x000D_
- technical ability (maintenance of BGA stations) - once a week at the end of the shift, the cover of the BGA station is unscrewed and the inside is cleaned of grease and dirt_x000D_
- basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook) - reading e-mail_x000D_
