Schwing Stetter d.o.o. Smederevo is part of the Schwing Stetter concern, which is a leader in the production of construction equipment. Schwing Stetter d.o.o. Smederevo is engaged in the production of machine components and complete plants for construction in the production plant in Smederevo. The entire production is intended for sale to members of the group.

We are looking for a candidate to join our team in the position:
PRODUCTION AND MATERIAL PLANNER
 

Description of jobs and tasks, responsibilities and powers:

Coordinates with teams for sales, procurement of materials and production;

The production and materials planner makes detailed production plans based on sales forecasts, material stocks and capacity of production resources;

Plans and prioritizes operations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure maximum output and minimum delay;

Monitors the inventory status based on reports from the warehouse and predicts the necessary procurement of missing materials;

Collaborates with the procurement team to secure the required quantities of materials on time;

Ensures compliance of work orders in coordination with production;

Regularly prepares reports on the state of production, use of materials and supplies;

Participates in the creation and distribution of work orders for production and takes necessary actions in case of deviations;

Monitors the implementation of the existing production plan and reports on potential non-conformities;

Monitors the availability of resources and materials to ensure optimal production performance;

Coordinates production deadlines with the production plan;

Monitors the inventory level of finished products;

Follow the delivery schedule;

Reports on achieved goals related to production;

Keeps additional production records.

Requirements/qualifications
:

Minimum IV degree, preferably mechanical;

At least 2 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs, preferably in an industrial environment;

Good knowledge of production processes;

Ability to use the Microsoft Office package and work on a computer;

Experience in SAP or other ERP is a must.
