Close cooperation with architects, designers, suppliers and subcontractors._x000D_
Organization of meetings, technical consultations and coordination between individual partners._x000D_
Monitoring and quality control:_x000D_
Solving problems, possible complaints and taking care of clients after completing the order._x000D_
Ensuring compliance with construction standards, safety regulations and quality of execution._x000D_
Administrative and financial management_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
Min. With education - ideally in a technical direction_x000D_
Experience in a similar position (interiors, kitchen studio, developer)_x000D_
Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills._x000D_
Attention to detail, ability to solve problems and work under pressure._x000D_
Experience with project management and the use of relevant software tools is an advantage._x000D_
Good knowledge of building standards and safety regulations._x000D_
Ability to work both independently and in a team._x000D_
English preferred_x000D_
