The candidate we are looking for should have:

At least 1st degree

Ability to work in a team and work independently in a production facility

Willingness to work in day and night shifts of 12 hours (according to this working principle, you expect 15-16 arrivals to work on a monthly basis)

Accuracy, speed, conscientiousness and collegiality

Job duties:

Sorting and preparing materials (splats) for the production process, with proper handling and in accordance with the work order

Work next to the belt for sorting and separating material (spalt) that is not technologically suitable for production

Removing material from the conveyor belt

Reporting to managers about the quality or lack of certain items during sorting

Management of workplace hygiene
