The tasks of our new colleague will be
- organizes, manages and conducts train traffic and reversing movements in the area entrusted to its supervision in cooperation with the regional operation management organization. Takes care of authorizing train drivers to depart and issuing and delivering the necessary written orders
- is responsible for the work of the traffic attendants operating under his control and those performing other traffic enforcement tasks, organizes and coordinates, determines the work of the shunting locomotives in accordance with the technology, for the purpose of quality performance of the services ordered by the contractor railway companies
- in the course of controlling, task-determining and executing activities during traffic regulation, he ensures the issuance and acknowledgment of the prescribed announcements. Obliged to keep and have records related to train traffic and reversing movements kept, in order to provide adequate information and carry out accident-free work
- in the case of extraordinary events (accidents), track closures and other construction works that interfere with technology, the organizer takes traffic control measures in accordance with the operating organization and the station management, thus ensuring the restoration of technological order and scheduled traffic
- to manage train traffic, reversing movements - in accordance with the operating regulations - manages the safety equipment, telecommunications devices (telephone, loudspeaker, radio giving instructions, visual passenger information), switches and other necessary equipment belonging to the overhead line, in order to work safely and according to plan
