Product engineering team leader

Our multinational automotive manufacturing partner, which has been present in Hungary for decades, is looking for its newest colleague for the position of product engineering team leader for its location in Baranya County. The new colleague would contribute to the development of the company by acting at the head of the company's ~5-person product engineering team.
Tasks in your new position:
Performance of product engineering tasks
Product introduction, product testing, validation of product changes
Product engineering team management
Teaching colleagues
Maintaining and increasing team motivation
Mentoring team members
What you will need to succeed:
Advanced degree in electrical engineering
Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
At least intermediate English language skills
