About the job As a welfare technology consultant, you will have a key position with a broad and varied task portfolio. Your primary tasks will be: Development and management of projects, including testing and implementation of various technologies. Preparation of a strategy that sets the direction for the municipality's vision for health and welfare technology. Innovation and collaboration with our partners regarding testing and knowledge sharing of new technological solutions. Ensure that an overview and progress is created in complex projects where you work both strategically and practically. closely with colleagues across the municipality's departments, including particularly IT and Digitalisation, the management team and external partners. Your ability to create relationships and lead cross-cutting initiatives is therefore crucial for success in the role. About you We would like you to have a relevant educational background as well as experience and a sincere interest in welfare technology. It is an advantage if you also have skills in project management and a broad understanding of both health technology and digitalisation, as these areas play a central role in our work to develop innovative and sustainable solutions. We offer As a welfare technology consultant, you will be employed in Prevention and Transversal coordination, which is a department in the Center for Health and Care. Here you will be part of a committed and ambitious team of 38 specialist consultants who all work to develop the welfare area on Bornholm. You will be given great independence in solving tasks and will have to work closely with both colleagues from the municipality's other centers as well as external partners. You will make a real difference at a time when the welfare areas are facing exciting changes in relation to both the elderly and health reform.
