As part of our development, we are looking for an A' La Carte Hot Kitchen Cook who will contribute to the creation of unique and personalized hospitality experiences for our guests. Required Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in an A La Carte restaurant or high-end hotel. Expertise in the preparation and execution of hot gourmet kitchen dishes. Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, sauces, sous-vide techniques, meat, seafood and premium raw materials. Ability to manage a team and lead staff. Excellent knowledge of hygiene protocols (HACCP) and food safety. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in every dish. Creativity, attention to detail and passion for gastronomy. Responsibilities: Organization and supervision of the hot kitchen in the A La Carte restaurant. Preparation and execution of gourmet dishes with high quality standards. Mentoring and training of the Second Chefs and kitchen assistants. Management of raw materials, storage and portioning.
