Sales Agent for PVC Carpentry Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Promotion: Identifying and attracting new customers for PVC carpentry products, through direct and indirect sales strategies. 2. Technical Consulting: Providing technical information about available products, benefits and features 3. Contract Negotiation: Management of the sales process, including price and delivery terms negotiation. 4. Development of Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction. 5. Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and competition to adapt sales strategies. 6. Reporting: preparing periodic reports, both daily and weekly and even monthly on sales activities and individual performance. 7. Internal Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, production and logistics teams to ensure delivery product efficiency. Requirements: 1. Sales experience, ideally in construction or carpentry. 2. Technical knowledge of PVC products. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Results orientation and time management skills. 5. Driver's license valid. We offer: 1. Fixed salary of 4582 RON + commission from sales, thus 1% of the value of the proposed target when it is achieved, and for exceeding it 2% of any sale. 2.
