Ambitious team leader for Schmiedmann's large warehouse of 2,300m2

Are you passionate about storage, logistics and management? Do you have warehouse experience and want to take your development to a new level? Does it also mean a lot to you that we make each other smile and go home from work happy every day?
Then it is YOU that we are looking for to support our warehouse and logistics manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that our daily warehouse operations function optimally and that our customers receive their goods on time. You will therefore get to know all our functions in our warehouse, including picking, packing, bulk packing, automated storage, support for complaints handling.

We stock approx. 23,000 different items, of which we have approx. 180,000 units. In addition, we have access to over 500,000 items. This means that a large part of our customer orders are special orders. We ship worldwide, from Denmark to Australia, the USA and Hong Kong, etc.

Your qualifications:

Car enthusiast with a basic knowledge of auto spare parts (this is an advantage but not a requirement).
Good at prioritizing tasks.
Careful and quality conscious.
Good at building and nurturing relationships.
Good at Danish and English in both writing and speaking, Good at IT.
Orderly person who works structured and schedules his tasks.
In possession of good business acumen.
Flexible and gets the job done, even if it takes an extra hour.

A little about the company:
Schmiedmann Odense A/S is a 29-year-old company in rapid development, which deals with the international sale of BMW & MINI spare parts/equipment for passenger cars and BMW motorcycles. Schmiedmann consists of 2 Danish and 6 foreign departments, with the Odense department acting as a central warehouse and concept development site for the other departments. We are approx. 32 employees employed in the Odense branch.
