Ciresica wine Bistro is hiring a chef. The working schedule is a long and short week, (hours: 10:00-22:30) and our new colleagues will work alongside a pizzeria, dish helper and prep cook. The activities of the line cook position are: - respecting the ingredients and the method of preparation and presentation of each dish from the unit's menu; - receiving the goods from the suppliers, does FIFO and stores it accordingly - organizes the set-up twice a day with the raw material and semi-prepared products necessary for the service - notices and communicates in advance the lack of raw material, proposes the necessary for the related order - maintains the cleanliness and disinfection of the line during the work schedule - respects the rules of hygiene and food safety.
