For our company properties, we are looking for a proactive and skilled maintenance person who is not afraid of small repairs, plumbing, heating and masonry work._x000D_
Your responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth running of our properties on the technical side, which includes:_x000D_
Maintenance and management of properties within the company's portfolio, reporting of technical problems and their elimination_x000D_
Preventive performance of site condition checks and immediate reporting of defects, i.e. defects and their documentation_x000D_
Outdoor care such as mowing gardens and metal_x000D_
Assembly and repair of furniture, painting, laying of floor coverings, installation and repair of lighting and other minor repairs related to the operation of the building_x000D_
Inspection of the heating/air conditioning system, water meter, gas meter, electricity meter, possibly arranging for professional revisions or repairs_x000D_
Immediate response to emergency situations_x000D_
For everything to work properly, we expect:_x000D_
Technical thinking and manual dexterity_x000D_
Experience in plumbing, heating and masonry work_x000D_
Construction or technical education is an advantage_x000D_
The ability to actively solve complex tasks and the ability to react to unexpected situations_x000D_
Good communication and organizational skills, able to delegate tasks and supervise their processing_x000D_
Responsible, reliable and precise approach_x000D_
The condition is ŘP sk. B and active management, another group will also be an advantage_x000D_
