We are looking for candidates for the position:
Sales assistant (m/f)
Belgrade
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales managers in creating long-term and short-term strategies for major customers.
Support sales managers in developing distribution build plans and tracking to achieve timely and efficient implementation.
Assists sales managers in preparing volume forecasts and sales plans.
Provides support to Sales Managers in the development of in-store visibility plans in coordination with the Marketing team and follows up to achieve timely and effective implementation.
Works closely with other departments and customers to ensure service execution from start to finish.
He follows the development of the industry, market trends and competitive brands, acquires knowledge for added value and has a deeper understanding of business challenges and opportunities.

Candidate profile:
Minimum VI degree of vocational education
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales in the same or similar positions, preferably in the FMCG industry
Intermediate level of knowledge of the English language
Advanced knowledge in MS-Office.
Competencies:
Clear and efficient communication with colleagues and clients.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Orientation towards results and achieving measurable results
Collaborate with colleagues and work effectively in a team environment to gather relevant information and ensure compliance.
