What will I be doing?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing internal processes, customer service and collaboration with suppliers.
More specifically:
Registration and tracking of orders, management of communication with customers and suppliers.
Issuing invoices and other documents, monitoring accounting procedures.
Drafting and sending offers to customers.
Support in procedures for participation in tenders.
Management of incoming and outgoing corporate communication, both by phone and email.
Organization and record keeping.
General administrative support.
What you need to have:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to use ERP systems.
Good command of English.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to cooperate and team spirit.
