Y's Café and Cocktailbar is the place to go if you want to buy good cocktails. The bar has Denmark's largest cocktail menu, and the employees have won many championships in cocktails, both in Denmark and in the rest of the world. In addition to cocktails, various special beers are served and there is a wide selection of coffee, both with and without spirits. Furthermore, guests are allowed to smoke. Opening hours are 12.00 - 01.00 Monday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday 12.00- 03.00 ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Bar Manager for the café and bar area who is passionate about providing a high and personal service. If you have a passion for this, then this is the job for you. As Bar Manager, you help manage the day-to-day operations. With your energy and your overview, you help to ensure that there is a first-class, fun and motivating working environment where both team and guests feel happy and adaptable. If you have experience from a similar position, it is an advantage. But we make sure that you are quietly trained in the job. You will also e.g. be taught how to make cocktails. Your tasks: - Take care of the daily operation of the cafe and the bar area - Purchase of goods - Shift planning About you: - You know how to ensure a good guest experience. - You can work independently and maintain an overview. - You lend a hand when necessary. - You speak Danish. Overview of your shifts: Day shifts on weekdays: [phone removed]. Closing hours on weekdays: 18.00 - 01.30. Closing shifts Friday-Saturday: 18.00 -03.30.
