Product Promotion: Detailed presentation of the benefits and uses of products in the portfolio, including news and special releases. Active engagement In promoting marketing campaigns and special in-store events.Sales and Contribution to Commercial Objectives: meeting and exceeding individual and team sales objectives through a proactive and customer-oriented approach.Properly managing transactions and ensuring prompt and efficient service at house. Maintenance of Service Standards: Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by providing high quality service and maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Proactively responding to customer requests and questions, handling potential complaints with tact and professionalism. Management Inventory and Merchandising: Monitoring inventory and reporting product requirements to ensure constant availability. Arranging products on shelves and implementing planograms according to brand visual standards. Continuous Training: Active participation in training and education sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and trends in the beauty industry. Application the knowledge gained to provide correct and updated information to clients.
