Internal sourcing recruiter - with French/Dutch/German language skills Duties As a Talent Sourcer, you play a key role in building a strong talent base and finding excellent candidates for different markets in Europe. You will work closely with the recruitment teams to find and attract the best professionals. Your main tasks: Building a talent base for current and future recruitment needs Finding outstanding candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job portals, recommendations, etc.) Market research & competitor analysis for effective recruitment strategies Close collaboration with European recruitment teams Introducing high quality candidates and ensuring an efficient selection process Monitoring recruitment performance with daily reports Aligning candidate expectations with position level and with salary ranges Requirements You speak French / Dutch / German + English fluently (both written and spoken) You have 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency or internal HR) You are proactive and result-oriented - an initiative attitude is key! You have experience in high-volume recruitment and a fast-paced environment. Tech affinity – knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday is an advantage.
