Competent Requirementsï‚· He has the ability to explain the relevant process in the development of BIM;ï‚· He has the necessary knowledge for the configuration, execution and quality control of projects made in the BIM softwareï‚· He is a pro-active person, with the desire to improve himself and to consolidate his knowledge permanently, in terms of BIM and related technologies;ï‚· He must possess and maintain an ethical exceptional work ethic, as well as upholding the company's values and demanding the highest standard of conduct from oneself and others. Qualification Level / EducationRequired - higher education (Graduate architecture faculty, engineering faculty - resistance/installations);Graduate higher education in "BIM technician" type/ master BIM manager - is an advantage; Practical experience BIM manager/BIM coordinator (> 5 years of experience) Higher studies in the field of design (architecture, engineering) Proven qualification/experience - similar position - minimum 2 years System knowledge Able to manage software products including but not limited to incorporating new releases, maintaining legacy software and customizing software for specific project needs Able to implement additional BIME support software Evaluating new software and BIM related technologies Requirements Autodesk Revit Office (Word, Excel) Revit Architecture Revit MEPRevit Structure Navisworks Manage Insight (energy analysis) ReCap ProAutodesk RenderingAutodesk Docs Knowledge - Romanian language - Fluent (written, spoken) English - Fluent (written, spoken), other foreign languages. Responsibilities The role of a BIM Manager is to develop, coordinate and promote the advantages of using technology and digital work methods. The BIM Manager will be subordinate to the Technical Director and will work in close collaboration with the Project Leader (Team Leader, Project Leader, Specialist Department Coordinator).ï‚· Responsible for the development and implementation of the BIM workflow and for promoting the standard use of BIM and Revit within the company;ï‚· Oversees the use of BIM/Revit software throughout the company, including installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of BIM users;ï‚· Contributes to the qualification and supervision of activities daily work in BIM - of BIM Coordinators / Team Leaders / Project Leaders;ï‚· Provides support to each project team by (1) managing and creating files and templates for the content library, (2) creating and applying standards and (3) evaluating project models;ï‚· Support the development of projects, helping teams to develop strategies for the effective delivery of quality documents and to set up each project, thus ensuring that each project is configured correctly;ï‚· Assess the level of BIM adoption at the organizational level - within the company;ï‚· Develop and update strategies and procedures
