Your MissionAs Brunch Chef, you’ll take charge of the morning andmidday service, ensuring that every dish served is healthy, exciting, andbeautifully presented. You Will: Lead Brunch Service –Oversee kitchen operations during breakfast & brunch hours, ensuring smoothexecution from prep to plating. Manage ingredient deliveries, storage, andoverall kitchen efficiency during the early shift. Develop & Innovate the Brunch Menu – Create an iconic and artfulbrunch menu that seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences with globalflavors. Offer a well-balanced selection of nutritious, wholesome dishesalongside indulgent specialties, with a special focus on satisfying eggenthusiasts. Ensure Quality & Consistency – Maintain high standards inpresentation, flavor, and execution, ensuring every dish aligns with MykonosBrunch Club’s vision. One-Man Mission – Take full ownership of the morning service, ensuringa smooth and efficient operation, managing prep, plating, and executionindependently while upholding the highest standards. Uphold Kitchen Standards – Maintain high levels of hygiene,cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
