About the role
As store manager at Selfmade, you are responsible for the commercial operation of our store. Your role will include managing our Co-creators (sales team), optimizing sales and revenue as well as ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all our creative customers.
Your areas of responsibility
Ensure the store's sales targets and KPIs are achieved, and deliver a sublime customer experience.
Responsible for the store's finances and monthly follow-up with the Retail Operations Manager.
Lead, motivate and develop your sales team to ensure productivity, engagement and SUNSHINE.
Recruitment, training and coaching of employees to optimize the store's performance.
Plan and manage daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.
Analyze and report sales figures and KPIs and plan proactive actions.
Ensure the store always appears presentable and meets Selfmade's visual requirements.
Participate in Retail meeting with other Store Managers from all countries.
We are looking for you who:
Has experience in retail and management of several employees, and is a skilled communicator who can motivate your team.
Passionate about creative projects and DIY work and is an active part of the creative scene.
Has an understanding of sales figures and KPIs and can translate them into concrete actions.
Is structured and has strong organizational skills with a focus on both people and results.
Is flexible and thrives on working at changing times - morning, evening and weekend.
