Customs officer

Job description

A company founded in 1990, with a network of offices throughout Hungary, which employs around 70 employees and deals with logistics, needs full-time employees for the position of assistant in performing customs duties in its branches at the Röszke border crossing.  

Main tasks:

• tasks of performing customs operations at terminals at border crossings

• issuance of financial documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) in connection with the services rendered

• collection of tolls for freight vehicles

• cash management

Necessary abilities to perform tasks:

• knowledge of the Hungarian language

• Hungarian citizenship/work permit

• knowledge of computer work

• teamwork

Opening hours:

• performance of work tasks takes place continuously (i.e. also on weekends and holidays)

• work is carried out in 12-hour shifts, day and night alternately
