JOIN THE TEAM Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie Position requirements: Be able to follow instructions and rules for efficient operation of the kitchen Ability to selectand use only the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, fowl and other food products of the highest standard in the preparation of all menu items Can participate and be trained for the proper preparation of menu items Ensure proper receiving, storage (including temperature monitoring) of food products to comply with health department regulations Reports directly to the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine Skills & abilities: Minimum of two years' experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a similar size operation Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand Spanish.
