Chef Mykonos

The company Louis Hotels SA with many years of presence in tourism and one of the largest companies in the field, in Greece and Cyprus, is looking for partners to join its team for its hotel in the area of Mykonos:
CHEF DE CUISINE
Duties
Organization and division of tasks in the kitchen team
Guidance in food preparation and other activities in the kitchen
Assessing staff performance and encouraging improvement
Creating high quality dishes, both in terms of appearance and taste
Calculation of cost and expenditure of goods and costing of meals
Inventory tracking and goods orders
Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed
Management of the kitchen, maintaining a smooth and professional atmosphere
Collaboration with the Group's executive chef
Qualifications
Proven experience in a related restaurant, ideally in a hotel environment
Culinary school degree/diploma
Constantly updated on trends and best practices in cooking
Ability to work with various computer software programs (MS Office)
Communication and team management skills
