Citrix Subject Matter Expert (SC Cleared) - £400/day via Umbrella - 1-month contract - Portsmouth Onsite - SCC Flex ContractWe are seeking a skilledCitrix SME (SC Cleared)to work on designing and implementing Citrix solutions to meet business requirements, supporting and maintaining Citrix Gateway services and NetScaler, providing advanced troubleshooting for Citrix infrastructure issues.Your responsibilities as theCitrix Subject Matter Expert:Design and implement Citrix solutions to meet business requirements.Support, configure, and maintain Citrix Gateway services and NetScaler.Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Citrix infrastructure issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems and improve system reliability.Develop automated processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions utilizing tools like Packer, Terraform, etc.Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the Citrix environment.Create and maintain detailed documentation for Citrix environments.Lead and manage Citrix-related projects from planning to execution.As a successfulCitrix Subject Matter Expert, you will have:Active SC Clearance.Proven experience as a Citrix SME or similar role.Strong knowledge of Citrix Gateway services and NetScaler.Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Citrix infrastructure issues.Experience with automation tools such as Packer and Terraform.Understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance.If you're a Citrix SME eager to make a significant impact, apply now!
