Position Description:Responsible for delivering the best customer service in line with the hotel's image and standards.Essential Job Requirements:Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings;Show guests to their rooms and provide information on facilities and services of the hotel; Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of quality customer service at all times; Assist guests with transportation and area information; Maintain a neat and organized lobby area, assisting with parking when appropriate necessary.
