The work schedule is in shifts, Monday - Sunday. The job takes place in a hybrid schedule after the trial period. The key skills we are looking for: you have at least 1 year of experience in the field of online/telephone sales, you have a good command of sales and negotiation techniques. It is an advantage, if you have work experience in the automotive field. Here, in concrete terms, what you will do: You will check the reservation requests both in the work application and by email and any other communication channels used in the reservation process. You will contact the clients both by phone and by email to confirm the reservation and send the necessary documents car rental in both directions. You will follow up on booking confirmations and process them according to company procedures. You will follow and manage the car allocation calendar, both at delivery and at return.
